Rowthiram - Movie Review

Stars : Jiiva, Shriya, Jayaprakash, Prakashraj, Ganesh Acharya
Director Gokul
Music Prakash Nikki

Rowthiram, is a typical RGV-styled action flick where Jiiva plays the role of a youngster who questions the system; Shriya is his supportive lover who also happens to be a law student. The movie is being directed by Gokul, a debutant, camera is by Shammi, another debutant and the music is also by a debutant Prakash Nikki. Rowthiram is produced by R.B. Chowdhary under his home banner Super Good Films. Rowthiram was in the making for a long time and since the film deals with a social cause, the producer felt that the Independence day weekend would be the apt day to release it

Jiiva, the actor, is getting better everyday! He has played an intense role with ease; infact his effortless acting is a treat to watch on screen. Shriya Saran looks gorgeous but doesn't have a meaty role to play in the film. Another major highlight of the film is Jayaprakash, who plays the role of a doting father. As usual Prakashraj is amazing and Bollywood star Ganesh Acharya is impressive.
